Dr. Forouzan Ghaffari

Dr. Forouzan Ghaffari possesses an illustrious career in dentistry, spanning over twenty years. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1996, subsequently undertaking advanced training at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York. Since 2001, Dr. Ghaffari has proudly served as the dedicated owner of West Caldwell Dental Group. Driven by her passion for community service, Dr. Ghaffari contributes to Operation Smile, an organization committed to providing dental care to children with cleft palates. Her philanthropic efforts underscore her belief in the importance of equitable access to quality dental treatment for all individuals, regardless of their circumstances. 

Dr. Lorraine Hindy

Dr. Lorraine Hindy grew up in Morris County, NJ and attended Rutgers University-Cook College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She then attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry-NJ Dental School, where she received her DMD degree. In her last year of dental school, she was invited to complete a General Practice Residency at the Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ, where she was selected as Chief Resident. Dr. Hindy is currently a Medical Staff member at Hackensack Meridian Health-Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ and teaches in the Department of Dentistry, General Practice Residency Program.

While Dr. Hindy practices all phases of General Dentistry, she specializes in Cosmetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. She is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She is an Advanced AAFE certified injector having completed Advanced Masters Lips, Advanced Master Injector with Dermal Filler, Advanced Master Botulinum Toxin and PDO Thread Advanced training American Academy of Facial Cosmetics.

Dr. Hindy loves being with her husband, three children (and their two dogs) more than anything but also loves sports, art, music, and being outdoors.

Dr. Randy Zultowsky, Pediatric Dentist

Dr. Zultowsky is a Pediatric Dentist dedicated to helping young people achieve and maintain superior oral health. He is a skilled clinician and challenges himself to win the trust of every child with his empathy, quick wit, and playful nature.

"Dr. Z" completed his undergraduate education at Bucknell University and later received his dental degree from The New York University College of Dentistry. He earned a certificate as a Resident in General Dentistry from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then completed his specialty training and received his Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry at Jacobi Medical Center (Albert Einstein School of Medicine) in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Zultowsky is an active member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD). He is also a member of the Northeast Society of Pediatric Dentists (NSPD) and an active member of the New York Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (NYAPD). He has been a resident of the Upper West Side for over 20 years.

Dr. Misato Fukuda, DMD

Misato Fukuda, D.M.D is a Bergen County native, raised in Mahwah, NJ. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Cornell University in 2009 and was awarded a Cornell Tradition scholarship for demonstrating impactful work experience, community service, and excellent academic achievement.

Dr. Misato obtained her Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dentistry in 2014 and completed a post-graduate residency at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Misato has furthered her studies in areas of cosmetic dentistry and laser dentistry. 

When she is not busy treating patients, Dr. Misato enjoys creating ceramics at the pottery wheel, practicing yoga, cycling, and skiing.

Dr. Misato is fluent in Japanese.

Dr. Bruce Hirshorn, Oral Surgeon

Dr. Hirshorn is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and a highly trained specialist. He is a graduate of University Pennsilvania, one of the best in the country. Dr. Hirshorn has over 30 years of experience and has been providing quality oral surgery care within multiple general practices.

Dr. Hirshorn focuses on tooth extractions such as wisdom teeth and bone grafts. He is a dedicated individual who is passionate about helping his patients. He ensures that all of our patients have a pleasant experience during their visit to our office. Dr. Hirshorn’s goal is to communicate well with his patients and provide the best care possible

Dr. Denise Kitay, Orthodontist

Dr. Kitay graduated from the Stony Brook University, School of Dental Medicine. She attended the Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston for two years of advanced training in general and hospital-based dentistry and research, where she also served as Chief Dental Resident. She completed her formal training in a three-year orthodontic residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine, during which she also obtained a Master of Medical Sciences degree.

At Harvard, she pioneered clinical research in dentofacial aesthetics and computer animated imaging. This research is the foundation for a wide range of studies that continue at Harvard, University of Chicago, and other universities in aesthetics and treatment goals guiding orthodontic care.

Dr. Kitay holds a deep commitment to advanced training and continuing education, which is why she participates in many orthodontic courses covering a myriad of topics throughout the year. She is also a former member of the Cleft Lip and Palate Team at, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and she continues to consult with oral surgeons in the treatment of cleft lips and palates.

Dr. Jessica Logan, Implant Specialist

Implant and Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Jessica L. Logan graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1997 with a B.S. in Pathobiology. She then earned her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (Rutgers) in 2004. She is certified and proficient in a number of the most advanced and cutting-edge technologies currently available and has trained extensively in Implant Dentistry. She has trained extensively to master the Cerec 3-D CAD-CAM system for in-office ceramic restorations. Dr. Logan performs all of the surgeries in our practice, it is her true passion. She has received her Fellowship status in both the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (FICOI) and The Misch International Implant Institute (FMIII) in February of 2011. In keeping with her commitment to excellence and dedication to optimal care, Dr. Logan is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, the International Association of Comprehensive Aesthetics and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Logan travels to the Dominican Republic once a year with the Dominican Training Institute and Implant Logistics to place dental implants on the underprivileged population in Santo Domingo

Dr. James Venuti, DMD

James Venuti, D.M.D was born and raised in Massapequa, NY. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Farmingdale in 2009. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD) from Rutgers School of Dentistry in 2014 and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital in Manhasset, NY. Dr. Venuti continued to further his studies in dental implantology through a one-year Implant Fellowship affiliated with NYU College of Dentistry. 

In his free time, Dr. Venuti enjoys working out at the local gym, golfing, cycling, and snowboarding.
